Can I order a sample?
Yes you can! The TreeSpace Studio has prepared a cute little seed packet artwork swatch kit just for you so that you can see, touch and feel what our print quality and papers are like before you engage us.
Please note that all of our bespoke creations are one-of-a-kind , highly customized, with hand-crafted elements, and might not be available as a sample piece.
Note: If you are located near Los Angeles, we can definitely meet up for coffee and I can show them to you.
How much would a Bespoke Creation cost me?
Many factors affect the pricing of your Bespoke Creation from design complexity, quantities required, to dateline and materials. Our Wedding Artwork Invitation Suites are highly-customized tailor-made storytelling pieces, many with hand-crafted elements and prices start at $1500 and average at $3000 for 100 sets. Business and Everyday Custom stationery and artwork vary so the easiest thing to do is to send us a request for quote. We pride ourselves in being creative with budgets so do let us know what you are looking to spend!
How do I request a quote?

How far in advance should I order wedding invitations and artwork stationery?
We recommend at least 6 months from your wedding date to get scheduled in. Certain times of the year can be busier than others so please allow yourself plenty of time to make sure that we can fit your dream artwork invitation suites in.
What is the process like from start to finish?

What media do you work with?
We can work with anything from pen and ink, watercolors, color pencils, screen-printing, sewing and photography to computer digital effects and graphic work. If there is a medium you are interested in that is not listed, do let us know!
How do you transfer your artwork to print?
All our artwork is scanned in house using a high-resolution large format scanner and color corrected to match the original.
What are your printing methods?
All production printing is archival-quality using pigment based inks. We can print on most papers, and to a certain extent, even some fabrics, metal, plastic and wood. Sometimes if the design calls for it, we will screen print using oil-based inks.
Can I request for the original artwork?
Absolutely! Many of our clients request for their original artwork so that they can frame it up or gift it. Please let us know early in the process so that we can include it in your detailed quote and adjust our atelier methods accordingly. All originals will be signed and cost upwards of $150 depending on the size and complexity. Note: Most original artwork is done at 200% so that they will be detailed when scaled down.
How long does it normally take from contract to delivery of my project?
Please allow for at least 6-12 weeks for a custom order depending on complexity of the design and final product. A typical invitation suite will normally take up to 3 months from contract to delivery. This is due to scheduling, back and forth communication, proofing delivery times and shipping times. A proposed schedule will be sent to you before the signing of the contract.
What does my bespoke package include?
A typical Bespoke Creations design package includes
• Brainstorming and Conceptual Sketches
• 1 Digital Proof for Layout and Text
• 1 Printed Proof with Paper and Envelope Samples
How many revisions do I get?
Your price includes two free rounds of revisions before the Proof Approval is signed and your project goes into production. Any revisions beyond the included rounds will incur additional charges.
What if I want something changed in my design?
We want you to be happy with your final product so we always try our best to work out the creative kinks with you. So if you have any concerns do let us know. Most projects come with 2 free rounds of revisions! However, please be aware that all changes and additions, such as invitation count and design changes must be made prior to the signing of the Proof Approval to avoid additional charges. This does not apply to programs, special arrangements, or any other last minute items mutually agreed
upon. Please check your printed proof thoroughly and make sure you are satisfied with it. The TreeSpace Studio cannot be held responsible for any typos, errors, changes, and mistakes detected AFTER the signing of the Proof Approval.
What is a retainer?
The retainer is a non-refundable estimated 50% of the total amount due for the invitations/other paper goods. It is required to start the design process.
When will the balance payment be due?
Balance will be due prior to production of the invitations/other paper goods and upon signing of the Proof Approval. No cancellations are allowed after the Proof Approval has been signed, the balance is paid, and invitations/paper goods go into production.
What happens if I absolutely have to cancel my project?
In the event that a cancellation must be done (such as a death or cancelled wedding) The TreeSpace Studio retains the 50% retainer and other refunds may be carried out depending on far along the project is and how much material has been purchased. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis. The TreeSpace Studio reserves the right to withdraw its services before the start of any project if due to unforeseen circumstances and if so, will refund the retainer.
When will my project be shipped/delivered?
Please see shipping FAQ. Delivery schedule are estimates only and The TreeSpace Studio cannot be held responsible for any changes due to delays in client response or actual shipping/postal times once the package leaves our premises. All shipping and handling charges are billed separately once the final package weight is known.
What are my payment options if I found you through Etsy?
Please note that due to Etsy policies, all Etsy Listings would require complete payment upfront before the design process can begin.
