Inquiries and Initial Consultations

If you have any questions about your project, our creations, or just interested in commissioning your own keepsake, please email us or contact us here. For a bespoke creations custom quote,  please fill out the request for a quote or schedule an initial consultation. We also recommend going through our FAQ pages for more information.

If you have an urgent question, please call the studio at 1-818-574-6942. We are usually in the studio, but if we are not by the phone, feel free to leave us a voicemail with your name and contact number and we will call you back as soon as we can.

We are  available for in-person appointments in the greater Los Angeles area and SKYPE chat appointments for those in the rest of the country and world.

Shipping

Most ready-to-buy items ship withing 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated.We prefer USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail or UPS and FEDEX for reliability. Please let us know if you have shipping preferences in your order.  We recommend the Shipping FAQ page for more information. For bespoke and personalized creations, a tentative shipping schedule will be emailed to you before the project begins.

Satisfaction Guarantee/Returns Policy

When you buy a TreeSpace Studio creation, you can be certain it is:
1. Created with our completely original hand-painted illustrations
2. Designed for a longer life-span or cradle-to-cradle
3. Made with 100% post-consumer waste, tree-free or artisan/handmade papers
4. Fair-trade or locally made/printed
5. Vintage, Reclaimed or Upcycled whenever possible

Non-custom cards, gift items and prints may be returned for a refund, we only ask that you pay for the return shipping.  Custom or personalized creations cannot be returned as they are one-of-a-kind and cannot be resold. However, your satisfaction in your custom creations is extremely important to us so if you have any concerns please let us know and give us a chance to make it right for you.
