We want to create an invitation for you that is worthy of being a treasured keepsake of a very very special day, something you and your guests would want to hold on to in the years to come. We sincerely believe that your wedding paper deserves to be something beautiful, unique, personal, and well-crafted, as it is a lasting reminder of how eagerly the big day was anticipated, long before any details were settled.

We believe your invitations should be as precious as the memory it will capture, so we create each piece to look like they have been lovingly and individually hand-drawn and painted with soft watercolors, ink and gouache. To reproduce this effect, your invitations will be created from the best hand-selected artisanal and handmade papers with printing methods that capture this unique aspect and turn your wedding paper into truly unique pieces of art. Your guests will have difficulty throwing them away!

All brainstorming, designing, painting, crafting, printing and assembly of your creations are done ENTIRELY in the USA, usually right here in our sunny California-based studio. We ONLY use environmentally-friendly,  sustainable or recycled materials on your projects-there is no compromise, usually US-milled, with select fair-trade or artisan/hand-made specialty papers of international origins.

We are extremely passionate about supporting local businesses, artisans and manufacturers. With a background in architecture, we emphasize materiality and tactility so your keepsakes will always have depth and warmth.

Do you create ONLY custom items for weddings and events? If so, what are my options?

Actually, we have several different levels of customization for your weddings and special events that you can select depending on your vision and budget. Take a look at all of them here for comparison of features and to see where you fit in:

Couture and Heirloom designs are bespoke/completely custom-tailored exclusive designs that are hand-crafted to your exact specifications. The sky is the limit! Our bespoke creations are highly personal storytelling tools that are often framed or shadow-boxed to be gifted or hung up for display. Material possibilities are limitless from wood, fabric, plastic, to all artisan papers and can be in any shape or size. It is like commissioning a special piece of functional art to commemorate your special event or business.

Catalogue, Boutique and Atelier designs are personalized creations- a special line of artwork stationery and objects designed based on our most requested bespoke/couture creations, for those of you who want something uniquely yours yet affordable and with a quick turnaround. The sizes, layout and materials cannot be customized or changed. However, within each design, your item can be personalized with an artwork and color theme of your choice.
