How do I order a sample?
You may order the seed packet artwork swatch kit from here, or individually from each listing.
How do I personalize my item?
Full instructions are included with each listing before you purchase.
Can I get a quick quote?
Yes! We are set up for quick quotes. Just enter the information needed at the item listing for a quick estimate before purchase.
Where can I find a guide to the materials I can choose?

What is the process like from start to finish?

How fast can I get my order?
Our Personalized Creations are designed for quick turnaround. Most orders take about 5 business days to be personalized and ship out from the time of order.
Can I cancel or return my personalized items for a refund?
Yes, you may cancel your order for a full refund if we have not yet begun any personalization work. Please call or email us to inquire as soon as possible. Orders may not be canceled once the personalization work has already started. Unfortunately personalized orders are one-of-a-kind and cannot be returned for a refund. If you are unhappy with the results, please let us know why and we will work with you to fix it-all orders include one free revision and additional revisions can be purchased for a small fee.
