faq: shipping

We can ship through USPS Express, Priority Mail, and FEDEX or through your preferred
courier account. Please indicate your preference. All shipping will be billed with
insurance and tracking /delivery confirmation unless requested otherwise. Shipping
estimates will be quoted by shipping parties and are estimates only. The TreeSpace
Studio cannot be held res ponsible for shipping delays once it has left our premises.
We recommend USPS Express Mail or FEDEX Overnight for expensive packages due to
better tracking and overall reliability. Please try to work in delivery dates into your
wedding schedule. We recommend receiving wedding packages no less than 2 months
before your wedding.

Personalized Creations
Shipping fees are listed together with item prices at checkout. Please select your
preferred method.
Bespoke Creations
Shipping fees will be billed separately at the end of each stage (proofing or
final) and due before the package is sent out. An invoice will be sent out through
Paypal together with the final balance. Shipping payments can be made through
personal check or Paypal. If making payment by check, package will not be
delivered until payment is cleared with the bank.
